She has held diverse roles including Teacher, Director, and Educational Coordinator, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both classroom dynamics and program leadership.
Megan holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and is committed to lifelong learning, regularly participating in classes and professional training to stay current with best practices in the field.
Her passion lies in creating a safe, enriching environment where children can thrive and families feel confident and supported. Megan values strong relationships with staff, children, and parents, and works tirelessly to ensure that every child receives the care and education they deserve.

Sarah has been an essential part of our team since day one, bringing dedication, warmth, and a strong sense of organization to everything she does. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, demonstrating her commitment to providing high-quality care and education for young children.
Known for her gentle and loving approach, Sarah is a positive influence in the lives of the children, treating each one with kindness and respect. She prepares healthy breakfasts to start their day off right and supports the classrooms whenever needed, ensuring a smooth and nurturing environment.
Sarah is also our go-to problem solver—whether it’s keeping things tidy and in their proper place or tracking down a missing item, she’s always one step ahead. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and caring presence makes her an invaluable part of our center.

👨🍳 Jared – Cook & Teacher
Jared brings both flavor and heart to our center. As our cook, he prepares delicious and nutritious lunches that offer a variety of foods to help children explore new tastes while still including familiar favorites to ensure every child feels comfortable and satisfied.
In the afternoons, Jared transitions from the kitchen to the classroom, where his expertise in infant care truly shines. He has a remarkable ability to understand and respond to the needs of our youngest children—often identifying the cause of an infant’s distress when others are unsure.
Jared’s calm demeanor, attentiveness, and deep understanding of child development make him a trusted and beloved member of our team. Whether he’s whipping up a meal or soothing a baby, Jared helps create a warm and nurturing environment every day.

Tonya is a creative and passionate educator who brings energy and innovation to her classroom every day. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in preschool development and is committed to ongoing professional growth, regularly attending trainings to expand her expertise.
Tonya has fully embraced our loose and messy parts philosophy, offering children a rich variety of materials to explore both indoors and out. Her classroom and playground setups are ever-changing, filled with open-ended objects that spark curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning.
Her dedication to child-led exploration and her thoughtful approach to early education make Tonya a favorite among children and families alike.

Ms. T began her journey with us by supporting staff during summer sessions, handling a variety of tasks with flexibility and enthusiasm. Her dedication and positive energy quickly made her an indispensable part of our team, and she has since become a full-time teacher, caring for her own classroom of children each day.

Since joining us over a year ago, Jordyn has completed a “New to Childcare” training course, equipping her with a strong foundation in early childhood education. She has quickly become an amazing teacher, known for her reliability, kindness, and unwavering support for the children in her care.

🧸 Peggy – Center Support & “Grandma” to All
Peggy is lovingly known as our resident “grandma”, bringing comfort, care, and a sense of home to everyone at the center. She opens the doors each morning with a smile and ensures that children, staff, and families have what they need to start the day off right.
Peggy is the ultimate multi-tasker, lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed—whether it’s in the classrooms, the kitchen, or keeping the center clean and organized. Her gentle presence and unwavering support make her a cherished part of our daily rhythm.
